Bayview

The Bayview retail project set on the main street in Wicklow Town was borne out of the repurposing of a historic 19^th century period hotel building with a commanding presence in the town. The challenge was to create a commercial retail town house type. The parking to the rear was disguised with vaulted town houses giving urban edges and stepped roofline profile with the urban setting.
