Our Process
Step 1: The Client Vision
The core of any assignment is the client's brief and vision. It is our goal to ensure that this vision can be executed. We take time to fully understand the vision and before moving forward we validate our understanding with the client.
Step 2: Scale and Context
At this point we endeavour to identify key elements of the project. This includes site assessment and scale of the works.
Step 3: Reporting
Our initial assessment of the project is discussed with the client with a view to identifying all elements that are crucial to the project’s success. This acts as a point of validation before moving forward.
Step 4: Design and Planning
Initial design solutions are developed and discussed with the client. Initial discussions with planning also take place. Design solutions are prepared for assessment by relevant authorities.
Step 5: Team Building and Execution
Internal and external teams are set-up. Schedules, consultation process, drawings and reviews take place. Tendering is managed for contracting.
Step 6: On-Site
Monitoring and managing the on-site element continues until handover.
