Darmody Architecture were retained to develop a masterplan for a significant industrial warehouse site on the Swords Road in Dublin. An urban structure was proposed for a development accommodating 137 residential units in total.
The plan encompassed tree five-storey. mixed use buildings, a crèche and the refurbishment of the partially retained and reclad double height warehouse. This new four-storey extension was designed to accommodate commercial office use and a new commercial office building.
